1. Welcome
SongaOne is a community transformation platform. By creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts may be personal or tied to a community workspace or tenant.
3. Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give SongaOne a licence to host, display and process it for the purpose of operating the platform. Do not submit false, harmful, discriminatory or illegal content. Harassment, hate speech and misinformation are not allowed.
4. Community prioritisation
Priority scores, project approvals and funding decisions are made by the community and its authorised organisers. SongaOne provides the record-keeping and calculation tools; it does not make community decisions.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if a workspace or tenant requests it. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as-is. SongaOne is not liable for community decisions, third-party funding outcomes or events outside our reasonable control. Use the platform at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
