SongaOne is built on six operating principles designed to earn and keep community trust.
Community first
Decisions are made with the community, not for it. Every need, priority and project is recorded in the open where residents can inspect it.
Transparency by default
Status, budgets, scores, outcomes and audit logs are visible to the people they affect. Secrets erode trust; sunlight builds it.
Safeguarding & redress
Grievances, feedback and safeguarding concerns have a clear path, clear ownership and a clear record — from intake to resolution.
Tenant & workspace isolation
Each tenant and workspace owns its data. Role-based access, row-level security and audit trails keep communities and partners separate.
Evidence over opinion
Priority scores, budgets, indicators and outcomes are all backed by data and source records that anyone with permission can verify.
Multi-channel inclusion
Not everyone has a smartphone or reliable data. SongaOne works on web, SMS, USSD, WhatsApp and IVR so more voices can participate.
